I hope you had a great weekend.
I can tell you one thing for sure… with all the eating events this time of year, I always end up gaining a few extra pounds by January. We have a couple of birthdays to celebrate, our wedding anniversary is this Saturday, plus the Christmas party get-togethers, New Year’s feast, etc.
Many of us have plans to get back on track to eat better and to start getting back in shape for the New Year.
Today, I’m giving you a Digital fitness planner. It has hyperlinked PDF pages and you should be able to use it with a note-taking app (such as GoodNotes or Notability) using an iPad/Tablet and an Apple Pencil/Stylus.
