Howdy! And Happy End of September!
I can’t believe we’re gearing up for October already! If you know me well enough, you know my husband and I just LOVE autumn time! Yes, I decorated for fall a month ago. haha.
Last week I visited my birth land, in Iowa, with my parents. I think my last visit was probably in 86 or 87. Wowee! It was a long, challenging road trip, but so worth it!
I’m happy the yard work & mowing season is over….and I’m trying to now focus on some inside projects for the fall and winter!
Tis the cozy season ahead! Yay!
I doodled this little leaf my husband brought in recently to give me… it was a tiny little thing…but we were both delighted that it had true fall colors.

PATIENCE certainly can be a powerful characteristic to have in our lives. There’s a quote I read online that said, “The salt of patience seasons everything."
It’s a true comfort to be around someone who tackles a problem with some patience and doesn’t fly off the handle screaming and yelling…. so the next time you have a trial in your life, just remember God can use it in your life to build more patience.
Ask the Holy Spirit to give you wisdom while walking through the trying time…. take time to be grateful for the positive side of things (many times it could be much worse). And don’t forget to praise God for His goodness in the good times and in the valleys.
