Hello, my friends,
*Snag my doodles above to create something unique for February.
How has your 2024 been going so far? I can’t say that I’ve made any astounding accomplishments yet… but you know what? This year will be no better than last year if I don’t work on creating better habits. Tomorrow will always be the same with me if I don’t make changes today.
Good habits = good changes.
One major area to focus on would be our spiritual habits that help us grow closer to God, build a personal relationship with Him, and daily seek His will in our lives… Read your Bible, pray, be faithful in your local church, etc.
By the way, you’ll never develop a spiritual habit with excuses… “I don’t have time, I don’t feel like it, I don’t know where to start, etc.” Just start… keep going….and keep growing!
Don’t we seem to find time for those things we most want to do? How bad do you want to walk with God?
“Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.” - Matthew 5:6 KJV
“He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.” - Matthew 10:39
“For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.” - Romans 8:6
And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.” - Jeremiah 29:13
Starting any new habit usually has setbacks…so, when you encounter a setback (and you probably will), get up and try again.
I had a pastor years ago that said, “Failure + failure + failures + failure + failure + failures = Success”
Sometimes I’m a total mess…and I have to remind myself to get back up and go again! “For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.” - Proverbs 24:16 KJV
Right now, I’m not just working on building new habits, but also breaking bad habits. Both are important for changes this year.
I hope you’ll join me in working on two or three habits for 2024.

Write down three habits you’d like to work on this year!
Here’s a FREE habit tracker app that allows you to print out a hard copy of your desired habits! (See below the super short-minute video on how it works. Easy peasy!)

Note: Another app that I love is Polar Habits (You can track 3 for free). What I like best about this one is that if you forget to log in and check off your habit, you can still do it later. And you won’t be left feeling like a loser… you simply keep going and progressing.
