My weekly personal note:
(Skip down to the weekly journal jots if you prefer.)
Good afternoon,
I want to encourage you today to fix your heart and eyes upon the Lord! We will have many trials that pass our way….
And some of those trials will be very difficult to trudge through. In those dark hours, we may not always feel the presence of God… we may not always trace where we think He is, but we can ALWAYS trust He is there!
We can’t rely on our “feelings” during times of tribulation. We have to rely on our FAITH!
Psalm 112:7 (kjv) says, “He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the LORD.” - Psalms 112:7 KJV
The BEST tool we have to fix our fears is our FAITH in the Lord!
My friend, keep walking in faith,
Rhonda White
“Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.” - Psalm 51:10 kjv
Fun creative idea!
Cute as a button card!
I think buttons are adorable, and this project would not take much skill for making a card. Simple lines are drawn on card stock, buttons glued on, and ta-da! You have a “cute-as-a-button” card!

Visual Inspiration:
Wishing for a worry-free life? God doesn’t want us to worry about anything. We’re supposed to take all our cares and worries to Him in prayer. And let’s not forget about the thanksgiving part…it sets our heart and attitude aright when we enter into our prayer closet.
“Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” Philippians 4:6 KJV

7 Journal Jots: (Use these ideas for your own journal or ministry)
HOPE = Confident expectation. In GOD, there is NO hopelessness.
It’s ALWAYS too soon to give up.
The TEST of CHARACTER is what it takes to stop you.
KINDNESS is a character trait of God. (Jonah 4:2)
KINDNESS has a gentle way of breaking a hard heart.
Live RIGHTEOUSLY; it’s your PROTECTION against the wicked.
*QUESTION: How patient are you? Practice patience.
